Title: Analysis of the Relationship between the Warm Winter and the Precipitation during Following Flood Season of Zhejiang Province
Abstract: By using of the winter temperature data of Zhejiang Province since 1954, the warm winter of Zhejiang Province is defined. In warm winter it is found that the westerlies at Asia prevail zonal circulation and the subtropical high at west Pacific Ocean is stronger and extends more westerly than normal. The warm winter has a good relation with the total precipitation of Zhejiang Province during the following flood season and the number of typhoon influencing Zhejiang Province during the following typhoon season.
