Title: Trend of the Rural Collective Land Ownership Reform from the Perspective of Urban and Rural Integrated Development
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to clarify the possibility and necessity of the existence and the evolution of the collective land ownership regarding the national strategy of urban and rural integrated development. Methods used include deductive method and reduction to absurdity. The results indicate that the basis of the rural collective land ownership will be lost in the future and also the function of the rural collective land ownership will be lost according to the goal of the integrated development. Eventually, the rural collective land ownership will disappear. Additionally, it is not a solution to use the private ownership to substitute rural collective land ownership. The paper concludes that on the basis of constructing the rural usufructuary right system, using the state ownership to replace the rural collective land ownership will be the positive solution. It will be in accordance with the basic economy system, keeping the uniformity of land law and really achieving the market-oriented reform of land resources allocation.
