Title: Correlation of anatomical structure of leaves and growth vigor in Cornus wisoniana
Abstract: In order to provide reference for primary election and identification of dwarf stock in Cornus wisoniana, taking seedling stocks as materials, correction between the anatomical structure indexes of leaves and increment was studied using field investigation and paraffin section methods. The results showed that the correlation between height and ground diameter was positive. The correlation between ground diameter and thick of sponge tissue was positive. The correlation between length of internodes and CTR was negative, but that between length of internodes and SR was positive. The correlation between length of internodes and ratio of sponge tissue to stockade tissue was negative. There were no correlation between other indexes.
