DNA sequence analysis indicated that afull length of the open reading frame of LSC66 is composed of 1380bp and encodes 460amino acid residues, and that its nucleotide sequence and deduced amino acid sequenceshowed 86.67 % and 91.74 % similarities to those of ATP, sulphurylase from A rabidopsisthaliana. The possible roles of LSC66 gene product during plant leaf senescence were alsodiscussed.Read More
