Title: Design of Measurement Platform of Material Thermal Conductivity Based on Virtual Instrument
Abstract: The thermal conductivity of materials has attracted broad attention in the field of thermal power,metallurgy,chemical industry,electronics and construction and needs more accurate measurement for these applications.This paper developed one method to measure the material thermal conductivity based on one-dimensional thermal conduction bi-heat flow meter steady state method.The material thermal conductivity was determined by analysis of the data of steady state channel temperature.LabVIEW program was used to treat and calculate the thermal conductivity of the material.This hardware and software combination makes the material thermal conductivity measured more accurate and credible in the experiment,and greatly reduces the error caused by the traditional methods.
