Title: Experimental Device for Solid Material Combustion Temperature Distribution Test on Cone Calorimeter
Abstract: In experimental tests, there is no precedent of timely testing and recording of the internal temperature distribution and the temperature gradient for testing materials in the cone calorimeter test function in the heating process. The sample combustion box is too simple, and the thermocouple is easy to loose, which often results in the poor reproducibility of the test data. Therefore, the sample combustion box is slightly modified based on the original sample combustion box.And in view of its characteristics,a set of fixtures was designed to form a complete set of experimental device.Applying the variable heat radiated power characteristics of the cone calorimeter, and combining multi-channel data logger phase, many thermocouples can be installed in the sample combustion box to test the internal temperature distribution of the solid plate material. This simple and effective experimental method for determination of solid materials temperature distribution is an advanced testing technique for the study of combustion, decomposition, weight loss, and the combustion process and mechanism of solid materials.
