Title: Effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on abnormal hepatic function after chemotherapy:60 cases report
Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on abnormal hepatic function after chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 60 cases with abnormal hepatic function after chemotherapy were divided into 2 groups:treatment group with 250 mL intravenous drip of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate 200 mg and 5% glucose injection for 10 d,and control group without liver-protective drugs.Hepatic function indexes including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TbiL)were observed and compared. Results:The improvement of hepatic function was more significant in treatment group(P0.05).Conclusions:With little side-effect and high security, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can markedly improve hepatic function indexes, and shorten the course.
