Title: On the Factors that Affect College English Learning Autonomy and Strategies for Its Cultivation
Abstract: Cultivating college students' integrated English ability and enhancing their English learning autonomy are the focuses of the current college English curricular reform.Based on the theories of constructivism and learning autonomy,this paper makes a survey of the present college students' English learning autonomy,explores the main factors that influence college students' English learning autonomy and proposes appropriate cultivating strategies,with a view to improving the students' learning autonomy so that students can learn more effectively.
