Title: The design process of a questionnaire for evaluation the level of shared leadership in domestic large hospitals and weight coefficient determination
Abstract: Objective: Independent design a questionnaire for evaluation the level of shared leadership in domestic large hospitals.Methods: First,split the concept of shared leadership(overall objective) into six blocks(sub-objectives): power sharing,resource sharing,joint decision-making,partnerships,work initiative and assume responsibility.Design seven questions for each section of the questionnaire,then apply the analytic hierarchy process(Yaahp5.3 software) to determine the weight of each dimensions and each issue.Finally,implementation of a pre-survey and analysis of its reliability(SPSS18.0 software) to final change the questionnaire.Results: Final version of the questionnaire consists of six major sections of 42-questions,weighting factor has been tested by the consistency,reliability analysis showed a good internal reliability and retest reliability,construct validity analysis showed that the structure of the questionnaire is reasonable.Conclusion: This questionnaire can be used for a formal investigation.Author’s address:Department of Respiratory Medicine,Beijing Electronic Power Hospital,Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University,No.1 Jia,Taipingqiao Xi Li,Beijing,100071,PRC
