Title: Determination of carbendazim residues in cabbage by HPLC
Abstract: The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the simultaneous detection of carbendazim residues in cabbage was established.Residue was extracted from cabbage with ACN,cleaned up by Flory silica solid phase extraction(SPE),and separated on a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm) using methanol-water formate(7∶3,by volume) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm.The results showed that the concentration of carbendazim and its peak area was linear,the minimum detection limit of 0.008 mg/L,recovery was 84.8%~89.3.4%,relative standard deviation less than 2.7%.
