Title: Research on Mineral Processing for a Polymetallic Sulphide Ore
Abstract: The raw ore of a polymetallic complex sulphide ore contains 0.71%Cu,3.08%Pb,1.43%Zn and 15.57%S with properties of low grade,fine dissemination,close symbiosis relationship and easy flotation but difficult separation of sulphide.Through contrastive experiments of several technological flowsheets and reagents,the technological flowsheet of bulk flotation followed by separation flotation was determined,that is,first flotation of the mixed concentrate of Cu,Pb,Zn and S,then selective floatation of Cu-Pb,separation flotation of Cu-Pb and Zn-S.Through the experiments of several reagents,the results showed that if only the traditional reagent of potassium dichromate was used to inhibit lead and separate copper,the separation effect is not very good,while the combined inhibitor of CMC was matched,the separation effect is very good.For the separation of Zn-S,only the simple lime method was adopted.At last,four kinds of qualified concentrates of Cu,Pb,Zn and S were obtained.The experimental result is satisfactory.
