Title: Impactof the Proportion Changes of Consumption,Investment,Exportsin GDP on China's Urban and Rural Households' Incomeand Income Gap
Abstract: Using the latest statistics data, this paper compiles China's 2010 urban and rural income input-output table. By constructing input- output final demand structure change model, this paper analyzes the impact on China's urban and rural households' income and income gapwhen the proportion of consumption, investment, exports in GDP changed. The result shows that, from the point of increasing thetotal income, expanding final consumption and net exports share of GDP have a positive role in driving the income of urban and rural households and income gap,and expanding the proportion of investment in GDP plays a negative effect on China's households' income and income gap. From the angle of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents, expanding consumption takes a positive effect, while the expansion of investment and net exports are not conducive to shrink the income gap.
