Title: Investigate mental status of anxiety and depression in the first trimester of pregnancy
Abstract: Objective This study aims to investigate the first trimester of pregnancy of the status of anxiety and depression,analyse the influenced factors of their psychology,provide the scientific basis for the medical treatment and psychological nursing.Methods The scale of anxiety and depression and self-designed general information questionnaire were used for the investigation on 100cases of 13weekend first trimester of pregnancy,the data were analysed with Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS)13.0,the statistical methods included descriptive statistics、one-factor ANOVA to analyze women's social anxiety and depression factors.Results ①79% anxiety symptoms;37% have symptoms of depression;22% while there is anxiety and depression symptoms.②Women in early pregnancy,SAS and SDS total score compared with the national norm,were higher than the national norm(P0.01 or P0.05).③First trimester of pregnancy in education level,time of marriage,pregnancy plans,past history,the average monthly income correlated with the occurrence of anxiety(P0.05).First trimester of pregnancy in education level,marriage time,past history of depression correlated with(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical staff should be targeted to strengthen the health education of women in early pregnancy to reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression.
