Title: Role of Practice Teaching in Development of Pre-career Science Education Teachers' Vocational Skills
Abstract: In the pre-career teachers' education in science education major of normal universities,practice teaching is of great significance for teachers' vocational development.Practice teaching is one of the main aspects contributing to the actualization of the development of a teacher of Science Education.Through practice teaching,students can be trained to apply theories and fundamental knowledge,together with basic analytical skills to solving a real-life problem.Such training is valuable and irreplaceable for the cultivation of student's capability,creativity as well as the overall quality development.By focusing on experiments,trainings and internships,this paper explores the significance of practical activities in developing teachers' ability to connect theories to real-life situations,master scientific methods and enhance scientific literacy.This paper discusses the meaning and effects of practical activities in improving trainee teachers' vocational skill and probes into the significance of practical activities of delivering an innovative and adaptive teacher-to-be.
