Title: Determination of the total flavonoids in sweet-scented osmanthus
Abstract: The content of total flavonoids in sweet-scented osmanthus and its extraction technology were studied in this paper.By means of the methods of ethanol-extracting,the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids in sweet-scented osmanthus were determined.The optimum conditions of ethanol-extracting were obtained as follows:80% ethanol as extraction solvent at 70℃ for 3h,and the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶40.
