Abstract: Objective Observe the clinical efficacy of the intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods Knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital for the study, a total of 202 knee, intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate, once a week, a total of five times, using the Lequesne knee function and range scalescore.Results The total effective rate of 96.53%, six months after the follow-up, 10 patients relapsed, again above treatment is still effective.Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is an ideal method for the treatment of knee OA, simple to operate, adverse reactions, low cost, easy to clinical application.
