Title: The Clinical Analysis of Correlation of Serum Homocysteine Level with Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical correlation of serum homocysteine(Hcy) level with coronary heart diseas and improve the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: 82 cases of CHD hospitalized in our hosptoal from Febuary 2011 to June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into different groups according to the type of CHD,number of diseased coronary arteries and degree of coronary artery stenosis. The serum Hcy level was detected and compared among different groups, and the correlations of serum Hcy level with severity of CHD,number of diseased coronary arteries and degree of coronary artery stenosis were analyzed. Results: The serum Hcy level were positively correlated with the severity of CHD,number of diseased coronary arteries and degree of coronary artery stenosis(r=0.716,r=0.738,r=0.802,P0.05).Conclusion: The serum homocysteine level was closely related to the CHD,dynamic detection of which may contribute to predict and evaluate the development and prognosis of CHD.
