Title: Clinical observation of postpartum pelvic floor function screening and treatment
Abstract: Objectives: To analyze the postpartum pelvic floor function screening and treatment results of patients in Zhangjiakou. Methods: 1230 female civil servants serving in Zhangjiakou received questionnaires and physical examination. The clinical data were collected for statistical analysis. Results: The PFD prevalence of civil female workers was 64. 15%,of which urinary incontinence( SUI) and pelvic organ prolapse( POP) was 36. 02%and 28. 13% respectively. The prevalence increased with age,as a general trend. The prevalence of risk factors logistic regression analysis showed that age,chronic cough,constipation,history of hysterectomy,vaginal delivery,vaginal childbirth,prolonged labor,perineal laceration,sedentary SUI and POP were all common risk factors. Longtime to wear high heels was another risk factor to SUI,while BMI,drinking,menopause were risk factors for the POP. Conclusion: Age,chronic cough,constipation,history of hysterectomy,vaginal delivery,vaginal childbirth,prolonged labor,perineal laceration,sedentary are all PFD risk factors.
