Title: Reflection on Training-Package System of Australia in the Context of Vocational Education
Abstract: The training-package system of Australian vocational education has changed the traditional thought people have on vocational education and training,making the vocational education closer to the needs for industries and markets.However,in order to meet the communityneed,theability-based and tool orientedof training-package system is infinitely zooming,which ignores the true value of education and learning.Over the past 10 years,the vocational education in China has achieved a historic leap in development and plays an important role in the economic development.However,China's vocational education has the trend from one extreme to the other,from extreme emphasis on academic theory while ignoring practical application to the exaggeration of instrumentalism and the pursuit of market orientation.The guidance of scientific outlook on development,the coordination of role of vocational-education teachers,the attention to the balance between the personnel training of vocational education and the curriculum goals are the essence to improve the reform of vocational education in China and promote the harmonious community of socialist society.
