Title: Risk and Avoidance of Incentive Contract of Government Employee Under Asymmetric Information
Abstract: Government employee system as a new personnel system has played a positive role in deepening the administrative system reform in our country.However,under asymmetric information,there exist many uncertain factors in carrying out government employee system such as ethics risk,incentive mistake.Through the use of principal-agent theory and relevant game model,the author analyzes the methods to avoid the risk of incentive contract of government employee system,that is not only to improve the contract,and combine efficiency salary and incentive work together,but to construct long-term incentive mechanism by completing related legal standards.
