Title: Development of Optical Fiber Twenty-Spectral Radiation Pyrometer
Abstract: Based on the multi-spectral temperature measurement theory,a twenty-wavelength optical fiber radiation thermometer is developed. The true temperature and the multi-wavelength normal spectral emissivity of the specimen are measured by a multi-wavelength pyrometer. It transfers optical signal from optical detectors through optical fiber, and this design can enhance convenience for measurement and flexibility for rigorous environment.Rigid design of automatic conversion circuit extends temperature range, and improves precision at the same time. With a mini-controller,it realizes auto-operation and cooperation with other devices. The system's measured temperature range is from 800 to 3500~C,and corresponding accuracy is less then 1%.
