Abstract: The analysis and explanation on the Needham Problem from philosophy,social science,political science and educational science reveal some reasons why the neoteric science was not born in China.These research results also tell us that science history is very important for the reformation of education science.The contents of science history education can enrich students' philosophy idea,develop their natural view,train their scientific thinking,creative ideology and change the traditional way of science education to improve the quality of science education,and finally boost China to come back to the top of world technology.
