Title: Effect of main cultivative measures on the tiller bud of rice at environment sensitive stage
Abstract: During the 1996 to 1998,the relationship between transplanting, deepwater,N application and growth of tiller bud of rice at environment sensitive stage were studied with rice variety Ⅱ You 57 as material. The results were as follows:(i)there were significantly negative correlations between leaf ages at the day of transplanting and tillering mortality, main stem leaf ages when the tillering bud of the leaf position at environment sensitive stage stretched out of main stem leaf sheath.Optimum leaf age for seedling transplanting was about 5 8 leaves;(ii) the tillering rate was 0 when the leaf position at environment sensitive stage under deepwater condition over three days, and suitable irrigation depth of the paddy field was about 3 5cm after the seedling were transplanted for one to seven days;(iii)before the seedling were transplanted, highly significant negative correlation between the effect of deepwater control on tillers and the amount of N application were observed. Before the seedling were transplanted, the suitable amount of N application was below 95kg/ha.
