Title: Influence of CO_2 Partial Pressure on Corrosion Behavior of P110 Steel in Dynamic and Static State
Abstract: Influence of CO2 partial pressure on corrosion scale of P110 steel in stimulated oil field environments was investigated by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and x-ray diffraction(XRD).Simultaneously, the corrosion rate was measured by the weight loss method. The results showed that the different properties and thermodynamic conditions of corrosion scales resulted in different changing trends in the corrosion rate of P110 steel. The corrosion rate increased firstly and decreased subsequently with the increase of CO2 partial pressure in static state, and the maximal corrosion rate was presented at 4 MPa,but it always increased with the increase of CO2 pressure in dynamic state.
