Title: Analysis of Nongonococcal Urogenital Tract Infection Etiology and Drug Sensitivity of Mycoplasma
Abstract: Objective:To study the etiology of nongonococcal urogenital tract infection and drug resistance of mycoplasma.Methods:C-C rapid assay and mycoplasma IST kits were used. Results:829 in 1 896 cases showed chlamydia trachomatis(CT) positive (43.7%). 669 in 1 896 cases showed mycoplasma positive (35.8%). Among mycoplasma,UU,MH and UU+MH positive rates were 64.9%(434/669), 3.9 %(26/669) and 31.2%(209/669)respectively. 161 in 1 896 cases were CT+mycoplasma(8.6%).Other pathogens were 237 cases (12.7%).The sensitive antibiotics of mycoplasma were josamycin, pristinamycin, doxycycline. Conclusion:The major pathogens of the nongonococcal urogenital tract infection were CT and UU. Josamycin, pristinamycin, and doxycycline may be the first drugs selected to treat mycoplasma infection.
