Title: Young Marx and the Evolution of His Idea of Law
Abstract: The years between 1835 and 1846 saw great changes of the early ideas of Karl Marx. Considering the development of his ideas of life and philosophy, Marx first received the ideas of subjective Idealist Rationalism by Kant and Fichte, and then Hegel's objective Idealist Rationalist Realism. Later, he turned to Natural Humanism of Feuerbach. But finally, he made a stride forward on the scientific road of Dialectical Materialism and Historical Materialism. Hence the foundation of Marxism. The three evolutionary stages of Marx's early ideas also reflect the formation process of Marxist Idea of Law.
