Title: Changes and Renovations: Basic Stands of Juvenile Criminal Law
Abstract: Juvenile criminal law is a special criminal law that derives from and changes a lot of traditional criminal law.General speaking,it has made the following five changes: from insisting on justice of formalities to substantial justice, from insisting on social prevention to protecting the best interests of children, from objectivism to subjectivism, from the theory of retributive penalty to the educational reform theory and from general penalization to individual penalization, which reveals the features of juvenile criminal law. These features are now only exceptions to ordinary criminal law,but along with the improvement of criminal law,in this author's opinion, they must be incorporated into tradition criminal law.
