Title: The Matching and Coordinating Relationship of the Departure Subsystem in Marshalling Station on Trunk Line with Increased Speed
Abstract: The paper analyzes the disproportion characteristics of arriving and departing time of freight trains in marshalling stations on trunk lines with increased speed.Based on the operation characteristics and demands,it uses theories of queuing and stochastic process to analyze computationally the reliability of changing yards and receiving trains and critical dense departing time in the subsystem according to the operating characters and demand of marshalling stations. It argues that the allowable probability of delaying accepting trains should be controlled below 0.12 and the receiving and departure trucks should be more than 10 when the section capacity utilization ratio is over 0.85.The reliability of changing yards and receiving trains in departure subsystem can be improved by increasing the percentage of wagons in transit without sorting, enhancing departure trucks property, lowering loads of classifying locomotives and reducing the disproportion coefficient. The paper also provides a formula to calculate the critical dense departing time under some certain departing intensity and to guide the station operating. It draws some conclusions to improve the matching and coordination relationship of departure subsystem in marshalling stations, such as setting inspector crews in reason, controlling the delay rate of receiving train when changing lines below 10%,the transit capacity rate of section under 90%,reducing the coefficient of variance of departing time interval of the linking sections, none period of dense departing trains continuously exceeding the critical dense departing time, adding classification trucks and departure trucks, optimizing operation plan, balancing operating loads of bidirectional subsystem, enforcing operating management, optimizing the operating of trains, and so on.
