Title: Clinical Significance of Nucleated Red-Cell in Blood Smear
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the etiology of disease and the clinical significance of nucleated red-cells in blood smear. METHODS Fresh blood smear stained by Wright Giemsa method and observed under microscope. RESULTS The nuclealed red-cells were found in blood smear in 100 cases distributed in 12 different kinds of diseases. CONCLUSION To observe morphological differences of nuclealed red-cells in blood smear has important significance in the diagnosis of some diseases.
