Title: Effects of Low Temperature and Gibberellin on Release Dormancy and Flowering Regulation of Lilium pumilum
Abstract: Effects of chilling and gibberellin on release dormancy and flowering regulation of Liliump umilum were studied by bulbs of Lilium pumilum which were refrigerated for 15,30,45,60days at 4℃ and for 45days at 4℃ combined treatment with 200mg/L gibberellin. The results showed that the longer refrigerating, the shorter times of the bulb dormancy required.Treatment with 200mg/L gibberellin compared to the control,3days could be shorten for the time of release dormancy,5days could be shorten from building stage to squaring stage. The bulbs of Lilium pumilumtreated with gibberellin could accelerate the bulbs to release dormancy, bloom earlier.
