Title: Improved Dynamic Programming Algorithm for Traffic Engineering Routine Application of Safety Management System
Abstract: After analyzing current safety condition of rail transit construction projects,data collection and collation by using rail traffic engineering safety management system was proposed;the optimal rail transit project construction period was obtained after analyzing data through improved dynamic programming model.As a result,the cost of rail construction could be cut to a certain extent which made this paper innovative and practical.
