Title: STUDIES ON BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF LACTOCOCCUS FROM BACTRIAN CAMEL MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS IN INNER MONGOLIA
Abstract: strains of lactococcus were isolated from 11 samples of bactrian camel milk and milk products.The biological properties were studied.According to the morphological character,physiological and biochemical reaction,they belong to 3 genus 6 species respectively:2 strains lactococcus,5 strains enterococcus and 3 strains leuconostoc.Except for 2 strains leuconostoc mesenteriodes subsp.Dextranium other bacteria can resolved lactose into dextranby.Most strains had weak acid-producing abilities to solidify milk.
