Title: Remediation of Groundwater and Soil Polluted by Trichloroethylene
Abstract: Trichloroethylene (TCE) has become one of the most ubiquitous pollutants in groundwater and soil due to its wide use in industrial production. Here, the remediation method is summarized, including pump-and-treat and in-situ remediation. The latter covers chemical oxidation, electrokinetic remediation, bio-remediation, and permeable reactive barrier technology.
