Title: Effect observation of ambroxol hydrochloride treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Methods 90 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to October 2013,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,there were 45 cases in each group.Patients of the two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was added in bromhexine hydrochloride injection treatment,the observation group was added in ambroxol hydrochloride injection treatment,the clinical effect and adverse reaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group(95.6%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.6%)(P 0.05);after treatment,PaO2of patients in the observation group was increased and PaCO2was decreased,and there was a statistical difference compared with the control group(P0.05); there was a statistical difference of the adverse reaction between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride treating acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis has the more significant clinical effect with mild adverse reactions.It is worthy of popularization and application.
