Title: Antioxidant Activity of Ultrasound Tricholoma Matsutake Polysaccharides Extract in vitro
Abstract: Polysaccharides was extracted from Tricholoma matsutake by the method of ultrasound-water extraction-alcohol precipitation with extraction rate of 5.10%,and the polysaccharides content in the extract reached 54.32%.The scavenging effects of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides on hydroxyl radical ·OH generated by Fenton reaction and superoxide anion free radical generated by riboflavine photosensitization in vitro had been investigated,its inhibition effect on the lecithin lipid peroxidation induced by ·OH had been observed.The results showed that Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharides had good antioxidant activity,which was comparable to tea polyphenols.
