Title: Research on The Assessment and Management Mechanism for Physical Education Teachers in Higher Education from The Motivational Perspective of Organizational Behavior
Abstract: As the backbone of public physical education in China,physical education teachers in higher education play an extremely important role in the promotion of mass sports and the improvement of their overall quality.In a sense,whether the role of physical education teachers is effectively fulfilled will be directly related to the success or failure of the development of the sports course and quality education in China.However,physical education teachers in higher education are encountered more or less with the embarrassing situation of Importance in Words,Negligence in Deeds at present.The traditional assessment mechanism which attaches more importance to constraints instead of motivation in accordance with the subjective impression of the administrative leaders ceases to cater for the demand of physical education teachers,and leads to the current problems that some of the physical education teachers are in lack of enthusiasm and motivation to work,and even focus on the accumulation of personal revenue.Adopting the research methods of literature review and logic analysis,the author of the present thesis analyzes the above characteristic issues and proposes relevant policies and suggestions from the perspective of organizational behavior.
