Title: Experimmental study of the anastomosis of intestine with medical adhesive
Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibility of the anastomosis of intestine by using medical adhesive in order to provide the experimental evidence for clinical application. Methods 20 dogs were divided into experimental group and control group. The dags in experimental group were performed with anastomosis of intestine by using medical adhesive, while the dogs in control group were treated by using traditional modus operandi. The time of two kinds of operation methods, the change rate of the anastomosis stoma diameters in different time points, the bursting pressure of the anastomosis stoma, the content of hydroxproline in the anastomosis stoma, the histopathological changes were observed and compard between the two anastomosis methods. Results The average operation time in experimental group was (8.8±1.8)min,which in control group was (18.7±3.2)min,there was a significant difference between two groups(P0.05). There were no significant differences in the change rate of the anastomosis stoma diameters in different time points and the bursting pressure of the anastomosis stoma between two groups(P0.05). There was a significant difference in the content of hydroxproline in the anastomosis stoma between two groups (P0.05). The recovery state of anastomosis stoma in experimental group was superior to that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion The anastomosis of intestine by using medical adhesive is a feasible, convenient method, with saving time, close of anastomosis stoma and good healing.
