Title: Detection on the antibiotics-resistant genes of bla_(TEM) and tetM in Methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus and Enterococci
Abstract: Objective To investigate the antibiotics-resistant genes of blaTEM and tetM in Methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus(MRS)and Enterococci isolated from clinical samples.Methods 50 strains of methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),7 strains of methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus epidermidis(MRSE),5 strains of methicillin-resistance Staphylococcus haemolyticus(MRSH),15 strains of Enterococcus faecalis,and 9 strains of Enterocomus faecium were clinically isolated.The antibiotics-resistant genes were analyzed by PCR.Results The positive rates of gene of blaTEM in MRSA,MRSE,MRSH,Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium were 40.0%,57.1%,60.0%,6.7% and 88.9%,respectively,and the positive rates of gene of tetM were 100%,0%,0%,66.7% and 0%,respectively.Conclusions There are higher positive percentages of gene of blaTEM in MRS,and there are very high positive percentages of gene of blaTEM in Enterococcus faecium.Harboured tetM gene were the main mechanism of MRSA and Enterococcus faecalis resistant to Tetracycline.
