Title: Experimental Research on the Effect of Sports Games Teaching Method on Junior Middle School Students' Mental Health
Abstract: The paper studies the effect of sports games teaching method on junior middle school students' mental health by using the methods of mental measurement,teaching experiment and teaching evaluation.The result shows that 33.08% students have mental health problems which are anxiety on study,physical symptom,self accusation tendency,allergy tendency,fear tendency and impulse tendency before experiment.Twelve weeks later,the score of every index of the experimental group dropped generally.In experimental group,there existed significant difference between the change rage of healthy mental students and that of disordered students.There was no obvious difference between students of different sex.In a word,impedimental and developing problems coexist in the course of students' mental development.Sports games teaching method produced a positive effect on the promotion of junior middle school students' mental health.It has good curative effect especially on disordered students.There is no sexual difference in the effect on students' mental health.
