Title: Intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA on patients with acute cerebral infarction under the guide of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging
Abstract: Objective To disscuss the efficiency and safety of the treatment of intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen actiivator(rt-PA) in patients with acute cerebral infarction within 3-6 hours under the guide of cranial multimodel magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods 48 patients within 3-6 hours after stroke onset with a mismatch of perfusion weighted MRI(PWI)and diffusion weighted MRI(DWI) were randomly divided into rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis group(rt-PA group,n=23) and control group(n=25).Nerve function was assessed by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) before treatment,1 hour,7 days and 90days after treatment and capacity of an integrated life was assessed by modified Rankin′s score(mRs) at 90days after treatment. Results Recanalization rate in the rt-PA group were significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).NIHSS score of the rt-PA group was lower than the control group at 1 hour,7 days and 90 days after treatment(P0.05).Compared with the control group, the rt-PA group showed a better NIHSS and mRS scores(P0.05);Symptomatic hemorrhage appeared in 2 cases in rt-PA group, and there was no deaths in two groups. Conclusion The treatment of intravenous thrombolysis with rt-PA in patients with acute cerebral infarction within 3-6 hours of time window was effective and safe in the condition where there was a mismatch of PWI and DWI.
