Raf.seedlings was studied in green house. The seedlings were grown in the sterilized sand amended with Al-P or Fe-P,inoculated with Glomus mosseae. Results showed that the inoculation had significant effects on AM fungi infection of the plants. The dry matter,P contents and P uptake of the plant in Poncirus trifoliate(L.) Raf.seedlings were increased. These seedlings could utilize some amount of Al-P and Fe-P without mycorrhiza fungi, but Fe-P was much easier to be used.Inoculated with mycorrhiza fungi, the utilization of Al-P was greatly increased compared with the control.Arbuscular mycorrhiza effect,P uptake by AM fungi and contribution of P uptake by AM fungi were greatly increased with the Al-P level upward. There was no great increase P uptake of Fe-P compared with the control, but the P uptake of Fe-P was lower than that of Al-P;Inoculated with Glomus mosseae, available P concentration in sand was significantly higher than that of controlled treatment, which was increased with the rise of P level; The spore density and the percentage of infected mycorrhizal were decreased with P level increased.Read More
