Title: Views on Conducting Civil Proceedings by Procuratorial Institutions
Abstract: The principle that procuratorial institutions conduct civil proceedings on behalf of the state or for the sake of public interests has been widely accepted by the major countries in the world, which, however, is not adapted nowadays in China. Nevertheless, constant infringement on the public interests of both the country and those of the whole society shows that it is essential and urgent to set up judicial principles that procuratorial institutions conduct civil proceedings.
