Title: Clinical Study of Percutaneous Treatment of Lower Limb Bone Fracture
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate steosynthesis(MIPPO) in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity.Methods:52 cases of lower extremity fractures, were treated with MIPPO and early recovery movement. Results:All the fractures were healed with an average healing time of 12.3 weeks(9 ~ 14weeks)without delay union and nonunion,All the patients were followed up for 18 ~ 24 months after operation, average 21 months,no inflammation and internal fixation failure happened. Conclusions:Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is according with biological osteosynthesis, and with the adwantage of accelerating bone healing,is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity.
