Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) were detected, and renal histopathologic lesion were observed.ResultsIn I/R group, the serum level of BUN and Cr increased significantly compared with the baseline before liver I/R,while propofol could decrease the serum level of BUN and Cr significantly.ConclusionPropofol can reduce the renal injury during liver I/R.Read More
