Title: Effects of various operation modes on the part-Load performance of a combined gas-steam power plant
Abstract: The effects of various operation modes on the characteristics of the constituent part and the overall performance of a combined gas steam power plant are evaluated and analyzed thermodynamically.Such operation modes involve the change of fuel flow rate into the gas turbine combustor, the use of inlet guide vanes and the fixed/sliding operation of steam turbine, etc. Some valuable instructions for the reasonable selection of operation modes for combined gas steam power plant can be drawn from this study.
