Title: The inhibitory effect of tetramethylpyrazine ferulate on platelet aggregation
Abstract: Objective:To study the in vitro and in vivo anti-platelet-aggregation effect of tetramethylpyrazine ferulate. Methods:In the in vitro experiment, there were absolute ethanol control group, tetramethylpyrazine positive control group and tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group. In the in vivo experiment, there were sodium chloride injection control group, tetramethylpyrazine positive group, and tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group. The ADP induced maximum platelet aggregation rate was measured by MPG-3E type blood instrument. Results: In the in vivo experiment, the maximum platelet aggregation rates in tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group were significantly lower than those of positive control group (P0.01),and the inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation in tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group was stronger than those of tetramethylpyrazine group. In the in vitro experiment, there were good dose-effect relationship in anti-platelet aggregation effect for tetramethylpyrazine ferulate group,IC 50=0.054 mol·L -1.Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine ferulate has significant inhibitory effect on ADP induced platelet aggregation in the in vitro experiment.
