Abstract:The research studied hydraulic performance of the Arc Labyrinth-passage in low pressure.The relation between flow discharge and low pressure were validated by regression analysis,and the relationships...The research studied hydraulic performance of the Arc Labyrinth-passage in low pressure.The relation between flow discharge and low pressure were validated by regression analysis,and the relationships for flow hydraulic characteristic of flow parameters were simulated at different pressures,different linear flow path length and the unit number by arc labyrinth-passage model.The study analyzed the influence of linear flow path length and unit number on flow index,coefficient and resistance performance.The result indicated that the relation between flow discharge and low pressure was consonant with the classics model,flow discharge tended to increase as pressure increased,resistance coefficient tended to diminish under the condition of same liner flow path length and unit number.This resembled with the general character of laminar flow of open channel.The liner flow path length and unit number were important parameter for resistance coefficient.The statistical average velocity in the paths was in the range from 0.21 m/s to 1.07 m/s.The relation between flow discharge and low pressure of Arc Labyrinth-passage were validated all right,dissipation of energy and hydraulic performance could be enhanced as liner flow path length and unit number increased,and it could provide reference for design of well hydraulic performance drip irrigation emitter.Read More
