Title: The Design of RemoteTemperature Monitoring System Based on Virtual Technology
Abstract: The Virtual Instrument represents the latest development in the field of instruments and meters. It accomplishes various tests, measurement as well as automatic application by employing highly efficient modular hardware combined with efficient and flexible software. The very design chooses DS18B20 numerical temperature sensor, which is controlled by AT89C2051 monolithic integrated circuits. And communications with the server at test sites is thus realized through the string mouth. With the technology of LabVIEW and DataSocket, the server gives out real-time dissemination of data on temperature it has collected. Afterwards functions of data collection, data processing and temperature indication of the remote server can be achieved, with the aid of the programme edited by LabVIEW software. In all, the very system completely embodies the concept that a software is in reality an instrument.
