Title: 64-Slice CT Coronary Angiography in Patients with High Heart Rate
Abstract: 【Objective】 To discuss the technique in angiography of coronary artery by 64-slice CT. 【Methods】 A total of 107 patients clinically suspected of coronary artery disease underwent coronary angiography with 64-slice spiral CT were collected, including the heart rate less than 80 beats per minute (bpm) in 55 patients as normal control group, the heart rate more than 80 bpm (80 ~ 98 bpm) in 52 patients. The images were reconstructed with the retrospective electrocardiographic gating technique after electrocardiac graphic signal edition and were processed on the postprocessing workstation. 【Results】 According to the image quality, there was no statistic difference between the group which more than 80 bpm and the group which heart rate less than 80 bpm. 【Conclusion】 The retrospective electrocardiographic gating technique combined with electrocardiographic signal edit make coronary angiography by multiple rows CT can be used in the patients with high heart rates.
