Title: Analysis of the Liberalization of International Economic Law Against the Backdrop of Globalization
Abstract: With the recent fast development of globalization, the liberalization of international economic law is also speeding up. This liberalization is centered on deregulation and improving openness by means of coordination and convergence. What is more, the liberalization is embodied in the legislation at domestic and international levels. Undoubtedly, the economic globalization lays down the empirical foundation for this liberalization and the neoliberalism lays down the theoretical foundation for it. The motive of each country taking part in this legislation is to seek their own further development under the new global circumstances rather than to concede their economic sovereignty to others.
